Talk about Inspiration....I got an email offering these two DVDs, both of which I've seen, both of which are inspiring and amazing. I also saw one of Louise Bourgeois called The Spider, The Mistress, and the Tangerine. Wouldn't it be fun to have a movie night and watch these films together?? Are there any films any of you have seen that you'd add to this list?:)

What I'd like to know is from whom you received this invitation to purchase the films! Paulus Berensohn was also one of my important teachers, as recently as about 2005, when he came to Boulder. He is now aging, probably failing.
ReplyDeleteYes. I love the movie about Paulus (To Spring from the Hand). I have watched it twice and gave it to my son and daughter in law for Christmas. I would love to watch that with a group!! He was one of my friend Carol GAskin's teachers as well.

Oh, I studied with MC-one of the great spirits in the world! I kept up an intermittent correspondence with her till she died. I loved her immensely. I haven't seen any of these films, and would love to. Up for a movie night-perhaps once winter sets in?
